Laura caught her passion for real estate the year she spent in Chicago as a consultant. There only weekends, exploring the real estate market was a fun, new way to explore the city. She pondered all the issues that are so important to this field.
When Laura transferred to Europe, even though it was incredibly rewarding to be there, she often found herself longing to settle back home and get started in real estate.
And so, in 2004, she returned to Austin. She immediately got her real estate license and purchased her first two properties. Later, Laura quit her corporate position to help others with their real estate needs. She chose urbanspace for its known entrepreneurial spirit and success with the downtown market and urban core.
Laura's extensive global business experience in organization and change strategy consulting and communications have served her well in this field. Her passion for the market and design shows. Laura challenges her clients to be clear on what they want. Even many investors have personal goals to achieve. A tip from Laura – to increase the success of your experience, make sure your realtor understands your values and goals, what it takes to get you there and changing in your thinking along the way. Once you formalize a client/realtor relationship with Laura, she provides a level of customer service that results in lifetime partnerships.
Laura was Stanford University Women's Volleyball Team Captain two years as an undergrad. She discovered Austin when getting her Master in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin.
