The Brazos Lofts is Austin's first loft-warehouse conversion project of its kind. Created from a set of buildings primarily in the 1920s, it was transformed by the Sutton Company in 1999. The architectural style consisting of twelve to twenty foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and wooden trusses reflects its utilitarian heritage and offers one-of-a-kind environment to each resident.
